• Advance general admission tickets assure a ride, but not necessarily a seat.
• Cancellation policy: 0-10 days out refunds are not issued; 11 days or more from trip date, refund is given less a $2 per ticket service fee.
• Pets are not permitted on the train trips. Stopping the train to search for a frightened pet is not possible.
• Pets are permitted in designated rental cottages (not cabooses) following pet reservation guidelines.
• WV state sales tax is included in all train fare ticket purchases.
• WV taxes applicable to overnight accommodation are not included and will be applied.
• Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited on the train.
